Shipping Policy

Below is the full shipping arrangement for Design Mix — rates, timings and the handful of cases that work differently.

What delivery costs

Carriage is $14.95 per order regardless of how many items are in it. Orders of $99 and above ship free.

How quickly orders leave

Picking and packing normally takes one working day. Weekend and public-holiday orders are handled on the next working day.

Where we ship

Orders can be sent anywhere in the United States. We do not ship outside the US.

If something goes wrong

Should the parcel go missing or turn up damaged, email [email protected] with your order reference. We deal with the carrier ourselves rather than passing you to them.
