Returns and Refunds

Anything bought from Design Mix can be sent back within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets the conditions here.

Condition we can accept

To be accepted, an item must come back unused with its original packaging intact. This is a resale condition, not a technicality.

How to return something

1. Start by emailing [email protected] with your order reference.
2. We confirm the return and tell you where to send it.
3. Return the item in packaging that will protect it.
4. After checking, the refund is issued to the original payment method.

Who pays the return postage

Carriage on a change-of-mind return is the customer's. Where we sent the wrong thing or it arrived broken, the return is on us. No restocking fee is charged.

How the refund is made

We refund the original payment method after checking the returned goods. The posting time afterwards is the bank's, not ours.
