The following terms apply to designmix.shop, which is run by Design MIX Gallery & Outlet, and to every order placed on it.

1. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase; acceptance happens when we confirm the goods have been dispatched.

2. Prices and errors

If a listing carries an evident pricing error we will contact you and give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

3. Using this site

You may browse and buy. You may not scrape, attack, or republish our descriptions and photographs.

4. Liability

We limit our liability to the order value, and ask that products are used as directed.

5. Governing law

These conditions are subject to California law and United States federal law.
