Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is free while the order is still with us and has not been dispatched.

Before dispatch

Email [email protected] with the order number as soon as you can. If the parcel has not gone, we stop it and refund in full.

After dispatch

Once the carrier has it, cancellation is no longer possible — treat it as a return instead, within 30 days.

Cancellations we make

Sometimes an order cannot be fulfilled, whether through a stock fault or an address problem. We refund the whole amount and tell you what happened.
