What does shipping cost?
We charge $14.95 for standard delivery and nothing at all above $99. The cost is visible at checkout.
Where do you ship to?
United States addresses only — we do not currently ship abroad.
How long until my order is sent?
Expect dispatch inside one to two working days, plus normal carrier transit for your area.
What payment methods can I use?
We can accept Cash on delivery and nothing else at present.
Can I return something?
Within 30 days, if it is unused and packaged as it arrived. Write to [email protected] with your order reference.
Who pays return postage?
For a change of mind, you. For anything defective or wrongly sent, us. We do not deduct a restocking fee.
Can I cancel after ordering?
Until it leaves us, cancelling is free. Afterwards the 30-day return policy is the way to unwind it.
